Where DelegatedOS came from
And why the approach matters
Before DelegatedOS, we ran iKULUTU — a business coaching and advisory practice in Otago. Carl Spruyt had been coaching business owners for over two decades. Bryan joined in 2018, starting in client liaison before evolving through marketing, systems management, and mindset coaching — and ultimately into deep AI expertise.
When AI became genuinely powerful, we trained hard. Self-directed study, online courses, deep experimentation. We developed what we think of as an AI mindset — when a problem came up, the instinct was: AI can do this. Tasks that used to take months compressed into days. A USP that once meant weeks of back-and-forth with a client? Done in a day. Our client portal — something that would have taken many months and significant developer cost — was built in a couple of weeks. We then moved into automations: n8n workflows that took repetitive work off our plate and gave us our time back.
Our clients weren't getting the same results. Not because they weren't interested — but because they were running busy businesses and didn't have the time or headspace to go deep. Most were using two or three AI tools, going wide instead of deep — and never developing the mindset that makes AI actually useful. That gap is exactly what DelegatedOS was built to close.

Carl has spent over 40 years in banking, finance, and business coaching. He built one of Otago's leading business coaching practices — reaching 20 one-on-one coaching clients with an average retention rate of over three years and annual client growth of over 25%.
Before coaching, Carl spent 20+ years in banking and finance, growing and overseeing a $150+ million commercial portfolio as Regional Credit Manager and managing a $50M–$100M personal lending and investment portfolio. He applied that financial expertise directly to helping SME business owners — guiding one client from start-up to $5 million in revenue in under six years.
At DelegatedOS, Carl brings the coaching rigour and business depth that makes AI deployment actually stick. He holds certifications from a major trading bank and three business and mindset coaching organisations, and has coached thousands of SME business owners across his career.

Bryan leads the AI product development, automation, and implementation capability behind DelegatedOS. Based in Alexandra, Central Otago, Bryan brings a practical mix of business experience, AI systems development, automation design, and human performance training.
Before DelegatedOS, Bryan built experience across property investment, business ownership, advisory work, and personal development. He tripled the value of a business over five years, worked in advisory roles with business owners, and trained with international AI and coaching educators. That combination — owning a business and building AI systems — means he understands what owners actually need from these tools.
At DelegatedOS, Bryan leads the development of Your aiTEAM, AI agents, and the automation systems that help clients use AI in a way that actually works. He builds tools that are simple to use, commercially useful, and helps businesses make better decisions, work faster, and follow through more consistently.

Amy McIntyre
Client Experience & Relationship Manager, DelegatedOS
Amy manages client experience and relationship support at DelegatedOS. Based in Clyde, Central Otago, Amy helps ensure prospects and clients are guided by a real person throughout the process — not left to navigate AI adoption on their own.
Amy previously worked with a major real estate company in Australia, where she coordinated contractors, managed job flow, and kept multiple parties moving in the same direction. That background shaped her instinct for follow-through, clear communication, and practical coordination.
At DelegatedOS, Amy supports onboarding, client communication, administration, and implementation follow-up. She connects the technical side of DelegatedOS with the people actually using it — helping clients understand their progress, next steps, and what to expect as they adopt AI.
